Lovetrigger was born out of love — for fashion, creativity and people.
Not as an idea, but as an experience. Not as a concept, but as a movement.

My name is Maarten Lambach . Designer, creator, father.
I studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp , where craftsmanship, discipline, and a distinctive signature are paramount. That foundation still shapes the way I approach fashion: attentive, layered, and with respect for materials, construction, and the manufacturing process.

My work is strongly influenced by Japanese fashion and aesthetics . Not as a style reference, but as a way of thinking. Silence, tension, imperfection, and simplicity play a key role in this. I incorporate this approach into my mix of streetwear and couture . Graphic work is given particular prominence within the tops—T-shirts, sweaters, and hoodies—as a vehicle for ideas and rhythm. These are combined with more fashionable and couture-inspired pieces like jackets, trousers, skirts, and shirts. Together, they form a complete collection in which streetwear and craftsmanship reinforce each other.

Lovetrigger didn't emerge from a business plan, but from life itself.
In motion, in change—and at a time when illness slowed everything down. Cancer didn't bring stagnation, but clarity. What remains when the noise disappears? For me, the answer became simple: love, creativity, and the way you deal with what's offered to you.

This attitude forms the core of Lovetrigger.
Creativity as direction. Love as a quiet force. Fashion not as an escape, but as something you wear while you're alive.

In and around our creative hub in Amsterdam West, Lovetrigger thrives on connection. Young and old, diverse backgrounds and life stories converge here. Craftsmanship is shared, experience is passed on, and talent is created. Not as a social statement, but as a natural part of how we work and live together.

Inspired by themes like love, self-expression, and urban culture, and crafted with a focus on sustainability, on-demand production, and conscious material choices. Not to be perfect, but to remain honest.

The Lovetrigger logo—a clover formed by four hearts—captures this idea. It represents love, connection, and responsibility. It represents diversity, sustainability, positivity, and social engagement. Symbolism not to be explained, but to be felt.

For me, Lovetrigger is not an escape from life, but a way to embrace it.
A reminder that even in vulnerability there is strength—and that love, no matter how simple, can guide all that follows.
